Terms of Service
Effective 12 August 2026. These terms govern use of familytimecrosswords.com, operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC.
The service
Puzzle #1 is free, with full tools, solo play, and Family Connect. Unlimited Family Time is a paid subscription: $49 per year or $5.99 per month. After the library of 1,236 puzzles, the sequence repeats and your stats continue.
Billing
- Annual and monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Access continues through the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Use of the puzzles
- Personal, non-commercial use only.
- Puzzle content, clues, and grids are copyrighted by Timothy E. Parker.
- Family Connect rooms are for two people. Chat must stay respectful and family-friendly.
- We may close rooms or accounts that abuse the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email and password you use. Do not share a paid login as a public service.
Warranty
The service is provided as available. We work to keep puzzles and rooms running, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access.
